Orders typically ship within 2-6 business days with the exception of special mesh sizes; these are not stocked and are made as orders are received.
The shipping given when you place your order is a quote; we have this set up to return rates higher to ensure we are authorizing enough funds to cover shipping. Once the order is packaged and we have the actual shipping we adjust the freight and finalize the charge. We can ship some items in flat rate boxes, they are not sturdy enough to hold all items. When possible we use Priority Flat Rate boxes on orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc. to reduce shipping cost and times.
Product availability is not known until the after the order has be filled and packaged, any out of stock items will be cancelled from your order as we do not back order items. You can request to hold the order until it can be shipped complete; this can be done in the comment box on the check out page.
Items cannot be added to your order after you have submitted it, we can only charge less than the amount authorized. If you find that you have forgotten an item, you can place a second order and request that they be shipped together; if we can do so we will adjust the shipping charges accordingly.
*If you choose ‘FedEx or UPS express shipments such as next day or 2&3 day shipments and the quoted amount for shipping charge is more than the quote, your order will be shipped the standard method of either FedEx Ground or UPS Ground unless otherwise noted in the note section to be notified* as we will need to obtain your credit card info to process the additional freight amount.
**International Shipments** When shipping an order out of the country the shipping time does not include time spent in customs. The amount charged for out of the country shipping does not include customs fees, duties, or taxes; the payment of these fees are the responsibility of the customer. These cost vary by location and cannot be quoted.
